Below is an information leaflet regarding the proposed purchase of a section of woodland, including the Crooked Mustard, which I encourage you to read through. You are invited to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting to hear more details, ask relevant questions and cast your vote, but you may also attend online (https://meet.google.com/euq-gvue-hei), or vote by email or post (see details below). Please vote either “YES” (purchase the woodland) or “NO” (do not purchase the woodland), by one of the specified means, within the allotted time. I would appreciate it if you could include your name and membership number with your vote, for me to verify your eligibility to vote.
