As hopefully all current S&DMC members are already aware, we are starting to use MyClubhouse as our membership and event entry system, following good feedback from other clubs. We understand changes may cause teething issues, but our Committee feel the platform is user-friendly and the benefits are worth the change. This platform will be in use from Summer 2025, replacing our previous paper membership forms and Google Forms event entry.
If you have not already done so, please register your membership at https://stroudmotorclub.myclubhouse.co.uk/ – existing members should have received emails with account information, meaning your account should already be showing your existing membership category when you sign up (not requiring payment for the current term). For new members, please create your own profile. The non-member registration is for members of other clubs to be able to enter our events without an additional club membership.
