MyClubhouse Guidance

As you are hopefully already aware, S&DMC has started using MyClubhouse for our memberships and event entries. We understand that some people have struggled with the new system, hence this update. The offer still stands from our Chairman, Paul Watson to help members with technical support at one of our Natter & Noggin social evenings (every 2nd Monday of a month, 20:30 at Fromebridge Mill, Fromebridge Lane, Whitminster, GL2 7PB). The Motor Cycling Club has been using MCH for a while and has helpfully produced a series of tutorial videos on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLqw0sMjzW4szcXUyLehfXw1cZcImuWlDe These are essentially the same for S&DMC other than it will look slightly different and some of the more specific options may not be the same.

Failing either of the above, Jonathan Ellwood, Kieran Yarwood and Paul Watson are all admins on the platform and may be able to help if you contact them (contact details in the S&DMC newsletters). However, please understand that as volunteers they have other commitments and limited spare time and energy!
