Spectator information – Cotswold Clouds – 1st Feb 2026

Our designated spectator sections will be Ham Mill and Nailsworth Ladder, from 11:30 and 11:50 respectively, running into the afternoon, details below. We have changed our route this year, meaning timings will be different. Crooked Mustard will not start until the afternoon.

If you intend to visit other sections, please be mindful that they are not all so well suited for spectating and therefore please take extra care. Please follow all signage and marshals’ instructions, and stand clear of the section if you hear a car coming. Our relationship with locals is important and we therefore ask you to park respectfully, give way to locals and horse riders, and to respect the areas you visit.

Parking available nearby in Nailsworth (short stay is free). You may also be able to park at Minchinhampton Common and walk down, but do so considerately and following local signage.

Ham Mill:

Parking available around Winstone’s Ice Cream, Rodborough Common. Again, please park courteously and in line with any signage.

Hi How many cars are running next Sunday ? Also how do I get to see a map of the whole route and where is Crooked Mustard? In your opinion where are the most spectacular spectator places. Thanks Andrew

      Hi Andrew,

      There are 76 cars competing.
The route isn’t made public, I’m afraid.
Crooked Mustard is in Dursley, and comes up by the Sculpture Trail.
Nailsworth Ladder or Crooked Mustard are usually the most entertaining to watch, or Badger’s Wood.

    Hi,

Is there a more specific anticipated time for the cars to get to the ladder or ham mill? I’d happily wait all afternoon but my 3 year old isn’t quite as patient!

    Thankyou

Roughly 11:00 Ham Mill and 11:30 The Ladder for first car, depending on how they get on beforehand
